Ronseal High Performance Wood Filler White Natural Dark 275g, 550g 1kg can be used to repair any wood, inside or out. It fills to any depth and is dry in just 30 minutes. This wood filler has superior adhesive qualities, which will last for years even when exposed to harsh weather conditions.

If you’re using this inside open your doors and windows. In the top of the pack you’ll find an applicator and a small foil pack of hardener. Mix a pea sized amount of hardener with a golf ball sized amount of filler. Keep mixing until it’s all one colour. The lid is a good place to do this. Before you start, test on a small area to check you’re happy with the colour. Pack the filler into the hole, leaving some filler raised above the surrounding surface. Before it hardens, smooth it with a knife. You’ve got up to 20 minutes to carve or shape the filler before it hardens. After 30 minutes it’ll be hard and you’ll be able to sand, plane, file, nail or screw it. Then you can paint, varnish or stain over it. When you stain or varnish over the filled hole it may look a slightly different colour.
