Marine Undercoat High Build Paint

Product Description

Marine Undercoat High Build is a multi-purpose, oil based universal base coat. For use on wood, metal, previously painted surfaces it offers the opportunity to easily transition between contrasting colours. Being a solvent based undercoat gives this product excellent adhesion properties and a high film thickness. Enabling the filling of pitted substrates and then sanding back.

Recommended for brush, roller or conventional and airless spray. For thinning and cleaning, use Palatine White Spirit.

Suitable surfaces include wood, ferrous metal and previously painted surfaces. specially formulated marine undercoat paints are becoming increasingly popular due to their specific properties.

Not sure which primer you need?

Not only available in white but also supplied in grey and red. This means you can select the correct shade type for your suitable Boat & Barge Professional Gloss top coat.  This primer is touch dry in 3 hours.
