Product Description
Coo-Var Water Based All Purpose Primer is a water based white primer ideal for use on plaster, wood and multi-surface substrates. It is also suitable for a range of metals, including steel, iron, aluminium, copper and brass.
Coo-Var Water Based All Purpose Primer is touch dry in 1.5 hours and hard dry in 4 hours. Leave 6 hours before overcoating.
